    Hi guys

If you get insurance for 13 months do you still have money taken out of your pay check for Disney's insurance? Also does anybody have any idea what Disney's insurance covers?

Whats everybody doing about ensuring that their baggage is insured while they are out there?

    thanks

No. What happens is once your initial three month period on the program is up, you will be sent an info pack about insurance and instructed to visit the portal to select the type of plan you want to use for the remainder of your time there. The costs appropriate for you plan will then be deducted weekly, from your paycheck. If you have insurance for the whole time, then you'd just ignore this I guess. Hence, nothing would be deducted from your paycheck.

What Disney's insurance covers will depend on the plan you choose. And there are many options from which to choose.

I'm having insurance issues myself. I need to insure myself for the year (J1 academic folks have no option ::)). But I don't like the plan suggested by Yummy. The $500 excess gives me nightmares. So I'm trying to find another option. The reasearch is sooooooo boring. Does anyone have any reccommendations? :-\

I did choose the Yummy insurance. But I have also considered this other (student) insurances:

    - Isis

The other ones I reviewed are in Dutch, sorry.
