Insurance-Great Britain

Hi all, can anyone help me udnerstand the exact medical/travel insurance we need for the Cultural rep programme?

make sure you click u want the insurance for the usa and not just europe. i think i got backpackers silver or bronze on both programs and it was all fine!

 

ok thank you, is it just medical cover of 1 million+ we need and thats it?

 

oh it is just 4 months min we need it for?

 

Yep I spoke to Jason from YJ and it's jst 4 months we need. We then go onto Disney's insurance.

Kind of off-topic.. but i'm in the process of sorting out my insurance for the 6 month programme, and its good to know the insureandgo site is valid for the disney programmes, i was just curious if the cover provided covers Trek America/Travelling and activities like white water rafting/parachuting???

any advice would be much appreciated

 

I think that one can be upgraded to those needs its worth getting a quote and see what they say. i found them to be a great help and they gave me further discount

 

I have gone with travel insurance from 247insurance.co.uk and medical yet to sort out, cost £156 for the premier one which includes belongings and dental etc.
