i can't help you out too much on that one, i'm afraid...all i know is that if you wor as a server you can make a lot of money in tips...and since the restaurant is not disney-owned some of the discounts were different and i guess so was the pay...my roommate worked there and she said it was hard work, but still fun!
    sorry, that's all!

My Bf at the time worked in Alfredo's - its lots of hard work and long hours at first - doing seating etc. - but when he became a server (about 3months after arriving) he was earning fantastic money in tips and doing shorter hours.
Towards the end of his contract he was working 6 hour shifts and earning more money in 6 hours than i would earn in a week! - it helped him have a very comfortable life in Florida 8)

hi, i am french and i worked in epcot from dec 2002 to feb 2004. i hang out with many italian guys so i can say that they work a lot! like soleil plage said, you begin as a hostess & buzz / runner. you show people to their tables (as a hostess) and then you bring the dishes to the guests, you clean the tables etc... (as a buzz / runner). at the beginning, it is kinda boring but if you do a good job, you'll become a waitress and you'll earn a lot of money. italians had the reputation to be the "richest" in the Commons because the restaurant is very successfull.
they alwaus told me that they were happy to have 2 days off at the end of the wek :)
if you have any questions, do not hesitate
where r u from (in italy of course)?

PS: I had an italian roomate and she is now like my sister :)
