hi there, i'm a 30 years old male from france, i'd like to know if i'm not too old for this kind of program ? do i have to speak fluently in english to be selected ? what's are the criterias to get selected ? In what consist the phone interview ? Does it take places in your country language or in english ?
I really want to have this lifetime in florida. I've never been in the united states, I think it's a very good opportunity to get experience abroad and meet people coming from everywhere.

    cheers

I'm 27 dude so I'm right behind you in age, it doesn't mean a damn thing. As long as you still got youth in your behaviour & mentality then it ain't nothing but a number.

I'm from England so the entire process was in English. Go for it monsieur, best of luck to you!

There are people even older who do the program I am sure. So your good. It is worth a try. I think the only reason there is less older people is due to family or other commitments at home. If you are free I say go for it. :) It wont hurt to try. I don't think your ever too old for Disney. :)

good luck!!! 30 is a fantastic age to be doing this. Disney is one place where age never matters, it's Neverland after all. All it means is you'll have a few more years life experience than some of the younger applicants, and that can only be a good thing. ;D

You are not too old at all, 2 of my roommates are around your age and I know plenty of others your age that are here.

I've met older too. I worked with a lovely lady who did the college program. Think she was in her forties... she even had grand-children. As long as you don't have commitments that would affect your job age doesn't matter. Goodluck!
