im 18 - very nervousgot an interview today is there any questions i need to ask

hi i have an interview today on the ophone does this mean if i get this i have to have another interview???? im goin on my own which most people probably go but my parents are givin me all the negatives too but this is a dream so putting me off is hard but deep down im pooin myself ... :-X

You'll be fine, just be happy and it will come across. There are a lot of pages on here that will give you an idea of the sorts of things they ask so just look there.

They are all really nice and its not anything stressful. My parents are not into Disney (i'm the black sheep of the family) and have never been overly supportive but if its what you want to do i'm sure they will come around. You need to follow as cheesy as it is your heart. Things always happen for a reason so if its meant to be it will happen.

I've went in 2005 and am going out again some time in August probably the 28th, waiting on the visa things.

I did apply for the front office but I changed for the Cult Rep.

Good luck with the phone interview I am sure it went fine. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

iam adele im 17 and i had my phone interveiw 2 weeks ago now havent heard anything back yet though...
youll be fine with the interveiw i was okay i think but yet i dont no if i was success for not yet!
my dad is very very suportive of me but my mom hasnt really said anything about it.
i think if you pass your interveiw and explain to your parents about how well yourve done to get into it they will be more supportive maybe?x

Hey had a phone interview a few weeks ago too...witha lovely woman called Michele from Yummy Jobs...the questions about culture in my area was a bit of a toughy cause Crewe has NOTHING to offer! lol! Would not reccommend a trip here...but I bigged up Manchester cause London is always first choice...anyway im rambling...

Got a second interview sometime in September WHOOOP! So quite nervous about that! But second interview looks good i feel! I'll be flying out end of may/june cos of exams etc for uni...that is if im successful! Who knows may see 1 or 2 of ya at my interview hehe xx

 

does yummy hire for just 1 specific country or what?????

 

i will be 18 when i apply and i was wonderin (after seeing the ages of people here are around 21+, not to mention the fact I CANT DRINK IN FLORIDA, it will b like it is now getti nwat booze i can lol) is age a major factor??

No they actually recruit for quite a few...it does say on the International Program website which ones YJ does recruit for.

No it's not...if they think you can do the job, and are mature enough for the total change in lifestyle, then age has nothing to do with it

 

I was only 18 when I applied and I have got through to the F2F interview so it isn't factor just be yourself and be happy and enthusiastic about Disney and I am sure they will have you. It has worked so far for me

 

Im 18.. I got on... It didnt seem to be a big factor at the interview.. you just have to play to your strengths. Living away from home experience is the only big barrier, but since Ive been going away for months alone since I was 16.. its no biggie.
