Ok mates,

I was just wondering, what happens if a girl gets pregnant while working for Disney? Can they legally terminate her?

PS. This was a RANDOM question, my girlfriend is NOT pregnant and she WON'T be for the next years.

 

jejeje wow good topic Crest i presume its gonna be polemic. and i also think that they would terminate her, im not sure if the contract says something about pregnacy but if not they can terminate you for anything they want and thats true. the day you arrive you sign papers and one of them says that you can be terminate for any reason.
Anyhow its better to be protected with your girl i presume jejejeje i guess u dont wanna find out what happens right?

They can't terminate you for that. You could sue for unlawful termination or whatever it's called.

and i guess they cannot terminate you according to the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (SDO) which protects pregnant workers and pregnant women but however, hmm.. there still a chance i believe? ???
