Hey! I sent mine off a couple weeks ago and got an email back the day after saying i'd hear around the end of july. you're in canada right? I'm so excited but hate the waiting...and it's barely begun.

I finally sent off my cover letter and resume yesterday!! I have been trying to make it perfect but officially sent it away. I hope I hear back soon (it is the weekend so it could be a while). Good luck to everyone!!
i got the same e-mail mousefreak. now i'm wondering whether i should just wait for more info like they said or start harassing them w/ phone calls lol. i think i'll just be paitient and wait a few weeks though
LOL. When I sent mine in back in December. I called them like 2 hours later to see if they got it... and had my phone interview right then. But that was when Canadians were with Cast-A-Way... and I had bugged Eric about applying since July 2007. LOL. She he probably would not have expected any less from me. Though at this point your probably safe to just wait. I know it is hard but I think that is the normal thing they send to thoese applying. So you sent yours in and they have it now and when they do get a hold of you they will let you know when they will want to set up an interview. Now we have to get past just the screening of the resume thing. (With Cast-A-Way we pretty much got a phone interview no matter what.) Keep that time in your head as to when they should be calling you or e-mailing you and keep on here. As soon as others start hearing or you have not heard send them an e-mail to check in. Kristen (who does the Canadian stuff for Yummy) is AMAZING about getting back to you. Any questions I have I send them and she answers like an hour later. Good luck everyone.
yeah I'm just going to be patient. I could bombard Yummy with e-mails and phone calls but i don't think that'll make the process any faster and I hate bugging people lol. But if I haven't heard anything in 2 months then I'll e-mail. Ahhh I don't want to get too excited cuz I hate being let down and this still seems so unattainable for me.
I also got that same email yesterday...and then I just sent a thank you e-mail back, but thats it. Man 8-10 more weeks...I hope it goes fast haha!
That would be so cool...to be chatting with all these people online and then finally getting to meet them in person and work/live with them!
o i know im so stoked! it will also be kinda reassuring "knowing" a few people going down there. if i get in, of course
