Hi, everyone! I'm a grade 12 student in western Canada and have been very interested in applying for the CR program for a few months, but only really started looking into it for the past three days. When I visited WDW in May for the first time, I saw CM from different parts of the world working in the theme parks, along with talking to fellow Canadians in the pavillion at Epcot about the program. (One of the waitresses was from my city, Port Coquitlam--it was awesome! ) Anyways, is it possible to work in the parks under the CR program, but work in the theme parks, like Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom? Or would I have to apply under the summer exchage/ICP program? ??? Thank you to whoever answers, I'm not sure if this has been answered a million times or these are considered stupid questions, but any tidbit of information helps my slow progress to working at WDW! ;D Ali, xoxox
CRPs only work at their countries pavilion in Epcot. To work in other locations you need to take the ICP or J-1 programs.
Hi! It's cool ur thinking of applying, I'm excited for u! My name's charlie, from the UK, accepted CRP-er starting june The cultural rep program is JUST for working in epcot in the world showcase pavillions, cause it's about representing the culture of your home country if u wanted to work at other locations in the WDW resort, u may be better off enquire into other work program opportunities hope this helps, + good luck with whatever u apply for!
