how to get to disney?

i would like to know how to reach disney once i have arrived at the airport?
would there be someone to pick me up or i need to take transportation myself?

really . That will be good coz once i have succeeded in the interview i havent recieved anything emails from my school in hk. I have little informaion about it. I am really worried.
