how many of you guys still need to quit your jobs?

so i was wondering if anyone else still needs to resign from their current jobs?

i just resigned now. so now i am officially here for one more month and then its off to disney!!!

I can't wait to quit my job!
I'm heading to Florida in august and leaving my job at the end of july.
Everyone i work with already knows i'm going and my manager has been really nice about it.

my manager knew aswell cause i couldnt keep my big mouth shut! but they were very cool about it! good luck with the last couple of months at the job ;D

 

I didn't tell anybody at work until 6th Jan! I was absolutely papping myself about it because i felt guilty about leaving them with only one full time member of staff whilst my other coleague went on maternity leave. Massive weight off my shoulders once i told them and they were great about it!

 

Hey me too! 4 weeks left at work before I take a couple off to get ready to move.

When is your start date?

People at my work found out way before I told them. It is a product have having too many people in one building. I told one person who used to work here, who told someone who told someone etc..

But they were cool with it

 

i don't have a job so don't have money. but then i guess i don't have to quit which is a worry off my mind

I got 4 weeks left, but my managers all know about it and hate me for it (One is a HUGE disney freak), but they're ok with it lol. They even told me my job will be here next year when Iget back.. but I doubt I'm gonna wanna go back to Retail

 

Me and Sarah are jetting off together in August (199 days, Sarah! We've hit the hundreds!), so I don't leave for a while yet either! I'm planning on being gone by beginning-mid June cos I'm going on hols about a month before I leave for Florida for a fortnight, so I need to leave myself plenty of time to get ready etc.!

I'm annoying everyone in work with my countdown & my co-workers cannot resist telling customers where i am going to work after leaving m&s.

i just went back to my old summer job at the beginning of january so i feel kind of bad quitting already. but i needed some money for florida and it's not like they actually asked how long i would be around... I've let it slip to a few people that i'm going, but haven't told the manager yet..i'm tres anxious about it! I'm going to get the worst shifts possible for my last couple weeks

 

yeah a few people in my life keep doing that...my dad, friends etc. it's not that i really mind though unless i get the "are you gonna dress up as mickey mouse?!" which i've heard countless times!

 

no one at my job knows! ssshhhh, i'm dreading telling them!

 

17th April I leave for the 21st April departure! I want it to be NOW LOL

 

One of the girls i work with calls me Snow White but i think it's cos i have dark hair & i'm really short haha.

 

my dad keeps saying "he could only be goofy because he'd be too tall for the other suits" and all that jazz!

 

Haha that's kinda mean!
At least i get compared to a princess but i do not look anything like one in my work uniform.

 

My mates keep saying i'd be the perfect size for Whinny the Pooh. Cheers guys.lol

 

According to the guidelines i'm 'chipmunk height' ;D 2 inches too tall to be minnie, gosh darn it.

imagine getting a character who isn't in a suit...aparantly they measure your nose and everything

 

My Mum has told literally everybody she knows. Some random I don't even know came up and said congratulations when we were at ASDA, and when she'd gone off to carry on picking her carrots my mum was like "Oh, you know her!! Sue! From Church!" ???
