Hey, I really want to know if you apply for the Cultural Representative Program how long do you have to work there for one year? Or is it also possible for 3 months?

They actually offers 6, 9 or 12 month contracts for Norwegians.

yeaah, if you're studying you'd better go for the ICP, ...I'm from Mexico and at my interviews somebody asked to the mexican recruiter that if he can just stay for less than a year? and the recruiter said that there was a problem with that, because the CRP is a one year program, no more, no less ..and at least for Mexico, they don't have the options for a 6, 9 or 12 month contracts as Norweigans do

But you have to be in a 4 year program for the ICP last I heard. So if you in less just wait till your out. Depends where your from I guess. CRP is only a full year in Canada. I dont think you can get less. Sometimes you do if you just filling a spot. My friend just arrived there May 6th but she is only there till March. And her room mate who started the same day as her is only ther till November. So it depends. But under normal situations it is a full year for Canadians. The ICP has sevral diffrent times, as others have already said. If your in school and that is why you want 3 months you might rather look into that program. You can always apply as well after school if you enjoyed it, and do the full year CRP.

Hey thank you all for your comments, but I already read about the ICP Program. My question is do you know how to apply for ICP because I applied with the CV that is given on that page and they wrote me back it is only for CRP???Yes I am a student in the 2 nd year and therefore I only want to work for 3 months during the summer break next year!
    Best wishes

  8. The three month programme can only be done if you are going back to uni the next year and unless you are doing a four year course (or more) then they wouldn't let you do it. You could e-mail them asking if there are any shorter programmes you could apply for.

I take it your not from the USA so the site you want to check out for the ICP is:

    http://www.disneyinternationalprograms.com/sap/its/mimes/zh_intlrec/international/icp.html

Might want to give that a read though if you havent already. It is the offical ICP site. And then when your done going through the "Continue Tour buttons" you will end up at the page where you can find your country or area of the world and and contact them. Some countrys have two diffrent places to contact and some only have one. Yours must have two. Hope this helps. (I gave the link below to the contact info just incase. But before you apply you should read the top stuff to make sure you know what your applying for. :p )
