Hey all! I have been reading these forums for a while and am really excited about this opportunity. I am here in Vancouver Canada and I realize the interviews are not till November. I was just wondering how long before than should I apply? I know it should be ASAP but I am just wondering when all of you guys applied, and is it an advantage to get it in sooner! I think it really varies! I actually applied with Cast-a-way about 2 years before my interview....but was hired 3 weeks after my interview and moved to Florida 10 days later. I've heard alot of people apply, get called for an interview within a few months and then have to wait a year before they're hired and move. So it's really random and I'm not sure there is really a pattern to it - depends on how staffing is down there too. I'd apply as soon as you're ready! Good Luck!
I'd apply when your ready really..I applied 8 months before last year when i was applying for the college program, and i've done the same this time.. I think its more that you can't really apply to early..but you can apply to late..
In Canada they essentially tell you to apply a few months before your interview. You could send your resume in advance but a few people (myself included) find Cast-A-Way to be slightly disorginised so you'ld be running a risk sending it early. I'd say start contacting them around August of this year.
