How Disney staff know what time to pick us up at the airport?

Do we need to call Disney once we finalize our flight No. and arrival time? Otherwise, how they know when to pick us up? ???What No. should we call ?

 

You are suppose to forward your flight time when you get it all finalized!! This way, they will know WHEN to pick you up!! Remember, that there are several people arriving the same day so chances are that you will have someone else arriving when you do!!

it's for sure you won't be the only person arriving at the airport...
..so don't worry about it...
They won't leave you alone there!!!

As far as I know, if you're in the UK, Yummy Jobs' travel agent will forward the details on to Yummyjobs and onto Disney on your behalf. I didn't book with the YJ agent though, so I had to send them my own details.

Someone who booked with the YJ Travel Agent could tell you better though, cos I'm not sure.

I didnt book with Yummy Jobs flight but i used their agency thing...

Once you have your flightd finalised blah blah blah e-mail alexis and give her your flight number, arrival times and name etc... she can then get in touch with the Disney people and tell them were and when u arrive... dont panic too much about all this... This is Disney... they wont allow things to go wrong haha

 

I booked with STA and i'm guessing they forwarded on my flight details to Yummy as i've never done it and they've never asked me to.

Maybe you could email it to them just in case :-\

 

^ Mhairi, don't worry. The reason we had to book through STA Warwick is because they have an alliance with either Yummy Jobs or Disney and our details were automatically passed on
