How did you heard aboutthe program?

I just wanna know how's everyone find the CRP. Is it a friend who did it or just a lucky shot?

for myself, I ask a persone while i was travelling to WDW. She was from Montreal, and I ask her how can we get a job here. She wasn't a CRP, she was a full time worker there, but she told me there was a one-year program for canadian, so I start looking on Internet and I finally find the link to Yummy Jobs!!

What is your story??

 

When I was going to College in Winnipeg (From Thunder Bay) some people who had taken the same program were down there working and I got talking to them about it etc. I wasnt really interested at first but then i ended uo applying and the rest is history

 

i was bored and looking at jobs abroad and googled disney jobs

 

I was just googleing Disney Jobs after a holiday to there.

 

4 Years back after a trip to Disney I came home and searched working at Disney now that im finally 18 I decided to apply

 

Disney Recruiters came to my university and did a presentation =]
(For the ICP though, not CRP lol)

 

My brother did all the research etc and I jumped on his bandwagon when he told me about it!! He's thinking of doing the ICP however whilst I'm doing the CRP starting next September x

 

When I was 12 I went to WDW for the first time, talked to a Canadian from the pavilion who told me about the program and wrote down this website for me, then I just had to wait until I was old enough to apply

i was reading a girl's blog who was a CP last year, and very good friends with snow white, and i said to myself "ok well there is this option for americans, but is there any option for international students" and googled it and was like WOAH EVEN BETTER when i found the CRP because i wasn't actually in school at the time to do the ICP haha

 

haha i was a rather older than 12 looking 12 year old...

I'd start tomorrow if they'd let me. Apparently our dates for the interviews I'm going to at july through december. I super hope that if i do get accepted its near the beginning of that window, or someone earlier drops out and before it? That'd be AWESOME! It would be beauty if we could spend the majority of our contracts together (if i get one!)

 

A bit of googling led me to Youtube to find the lovely Gary Bradley's video, so I stole his email asked loads of questions and here I am! 8 months to go ;D

 

Back in 2004 when I was 13, my family and I were having dinner in The Crystal Palace in MK and our server was from England. We started chatting to her and asked her how she got the job etc etc. She said that she had previously taken part in the CRP program and whilst on it she met her American husband and they got married etc so now she was able to work anywhere within Disney.
