    Hey!
Tinkerbell you were absolutely right. You don't know in which apt. you gonna be living at until you arrive. It makes it so much more exciting. You won't even know how many people you gonna be living with.
Your roomies also just hear the night before your arrival that you will be coming and where you gonna be from.

Peope are usually very nice there, so don't be nervous Robb! I think it's also easier for guys, cause they are so much more relaxed with the living situation. I was sooo excited when I was about to meet my roomies. I arrived and my apt. was packed with people ( so I didn't even know at THAT time with how many I would be living ). Turned out my mexican roomie just had a party, so I crashed right into that. I was very lucky with all of the people I lived with. I hope it will be the same for you. We are all in the same boat down there and we share this special experience, so people usually get along very easily.

    Have fun

LOL yeah the mexicans are everywhere ;) All my best friends had mexican roomies ( although I still consider mine as the best one ;D ), they are a loveable bunch :) I lived together with a mexican girl when I arrived. She made it soooo easy for me to feel comfortable and helped me with a lot of things. It was great, because she had already been there for such a long time and still wanted to get to know me and help me. Then she moved out 2 months later and I got another mexican roomie after her. :D
The Commons has 28 buildings I think. Each building has 3 floors and there are either 4 or 6 apt.'s on each floor ( fuck it's so long ago I can't even remember LOL ). So you do the maths!!! There are LOTS of people that's for sure!
    BIG BIG PARTY!!!

    Julia
