Hey ppl, Me and my m8 r stayin two days extra aftr we finish. Wer doin the ICP so we need to stay sumwer on the 31st Aug and the 1st Sept. Even thou r contract will have finishd. Will we b able to book the 2 nites, before we finish and get a discount? Thanks Jay - 3 months 2 go!!
you should still be able to get discount (its either 40 or 50%) because last time they didnt take away our ID's and mine still worked for a week after my contract ended.

If you book in advance and check in on or before the day your id expires, you can still get the discount. so if ur end day is the 30th..then make sure you check in on that date, or maybe the day before.
You need to show a valid ID in order to get the discount. Thus you must move into the hotel before you Disney ID exprires. Mine expired Nov 10 last year, on November 8th (my last day of work) I moved out of chatham and into Coronado Springs. Left on the 13th and had my discouted rooms for the whole stay.
So my ID will run out on the 31st, will i be able to use it on that day? Nt much point if we cnt, i fort we wud b able 2 pay in advance and buk the room.
you just have to show a valid ID upon check in so lets say youre contract ends on the 31st, that's the day you'd have to move out of commons so youre ID has to be valid until that day so when you check into the hotel on that day it'll still be valid so it should work!
I really wanna stay in the Animal Kingdom Lodge, I've wanted to stay there for soooo long! Hope I get the chance IF I get in, even if it's just for 1 night
Its proper cheap when you get your discount..My roommate stayed in one of the hotels on the last night..and it works out at like the price of a travellodge! but just alot more luxury..
Have you heard about cast connections? Its like this massive factory in the magic kingdom cast car park..And they sell stuff out of line stuff really cheap and stuff people have broken that doesn't have the disney look so to speak..and then nextdoor they sell stuff that people have lost in the park, like cameras, clothes, towels in waterparks..things like that..

yep its great theres cast connection, which is all old stuff but not broken which i think is all 25% off then theres the bit next door which we affectionately called the 'love shack' which is broken or really old stuff and things people have lost for 75% off its dirt cheap and (if you go there often enough - which you will) you can get some great disney merch - yay!
I got a really cool grey steamboat mickey t-shirt..for $4! which is just over £2..reduced from about $20! its well cheap..i loved that place..the sell mickeys ears for 25 cents! which is about 15p i think!! i bought all my presents for people back home from cast connections...You couldn't even tell most of the stuff was that old tho..Only the things that say..Happy New year 2003! and stuff like that! haha
yep great place for gifts - got a tigger backpack for $7 reduced from 35! and my friend got a dancing stitch for some stupidly low price too!
Yeah..basically..do you know when they do the printing on the back? Well everyone they mess up it gets sent to the cast connections place and put in this massive bin full of them.. I was there getting some for my flatmates back home and i was gutted because there was only 8 and i needed 10..and then he came over with a massive bin and poured about 30 new one's in!
