Hey - Question for all u ppl out there already or who have been! Im doin the Cult Rep Program so I'm away for a year - How many holidays do u get? X
uh,.....none? Once you've been here 9 months you accrue 1 week of holiday to take when you can request it off. you'll also get 4 float holiday days during the year to take, I think they're awarded January, March, June and September or something like that. YOu just apply to take them off but since everyone does this at once and you're never guaranteed the time anyway th answer kinda is, you get no holidays! You can book time off whenever you want, either moving your regular days off to position them back to back for a weekend away or ask for additional unpad days off. If the pavillion is overstaffed they'll let you have the time etc.
