Hi from Florida!

Hey u guys! We made it to Florida!
Everyones gone to get their social security cards and cos i already have one i got a few hrs off to unpack!

It already seems like ive been here ages! Everyone i've met has been so sweet so far.
I am living in the ghetto (building 28 - the walking should stop me getting fat hopefully!) but my 6 person apt is so nice - really big, with ensuites and a balcony. So much nicer than student accomodation!

me, Linz etc... are gonna go to downtown disney later! My first glimpse of disney world!

I would also like to say a more proper hello from Florida, as the others have been drunken ones... Oops! I am loving the weather, the parties, the pool... Have also met loadsa my arrivals as we are a big bunch! Well if you see a girl with 10000 mosquito bites on her legs, say HI! I have become the IT meal, I think!

ps... do u know anyone in Apt 1531??? that was my old apartment. I wonder if my christmas lights are still up along the ceiling in the living room???? I worked hard putting those up!! They looked cool in the evening when they were the only ones on.

 

I remember 1531! My friend used to live there, she arrived just a week after you left in march 04...
THe lights were def. still hanging the first months she was there!

Gry... aw i miss my apt! i think i talked to her. she's norwegian right? i was in florida last july and tried to see Aki. i don't know if she understood who i was. i tried to point to the Canadian flag on the wall and tell her i lived there. aki was my japenese roommate that left in october 04. those lights were a pain to put up, especially by myself!

The "ghetto" is basically the 20-buildings, i.e. the ones far from the clubhouse and bus-stop... Great place for parties!

 

1-8 is Beverly Hills
9-20 is Manhattan
21+ is the Ghetto or the Boonies

I lived in 15 so it was perfect. Good location. oh how I miss 1531.

Hey Marie & Guys!!

    I too arrived on 14th June and am absolutely loving it!!  Everyone who has not yet arrived will have no worries about settling in as everyone is nice and friendly which makes it easier to settle.  I am guessing that it will not seem possible until you actually arrive and witness it first hand.

    I am in the 20's AKA "getto" and yes there are plenty of parties goin on down here!  

    Marie is cool, top gal.  Throw in's are interesting, but fun!  And Walmart RULES!!!  )

Can`t wait to meet the 21'st ers on their throw ins!

Sara - u remember ages ago we said theyd space us all out throughout the commons? well guess they read about us lol! I totally like being in 28 tho. Im used to walking everywhere back home - so suits me fine. Im sure u guys will all like wherever u end up. the ghettos only a 10 min walk from bus stop.
Btw Sara - Linz bought about 3 tops to get over the loss of the one the washing machine ate! lol!

I went to magic kingdom today, epcot and mgm last night and universal a couple of days ago - i love it! Having such a good time so far.
Neil's right u guys will love it here. And for those of u who still have a few months to wait its def worth the wait!
