Hey Jordan, Im jim from Scotland. And I think when it comes to your CV just make your cover letter as unique and upbeat as possible. Say why you're wanting to take part, why you would make a good cast member etc. And then in the CV sections just make sure to show every little bit of customer service work you have ever been involved in. As far as a disney style one, i dunno. lol
yea im hoping my two years experience with Starbucks helps, i learnt a lot about customer service with them, when will you be leaving if accepted Jim? Whats your current status?
Well if i get off the wait list, I could be going anytime between september 09-dec 09. If im not off it by the next interview slots, Im going to re-interview (is that a word?) and hopefully get a place starting from January 10-june 10. My current status - staring at my phone and crying. lol
Hiya Jordan, I'm Tori from England. As Jim said, I think you have to just big up you customer service experience as much as possible. Working for Starbucks, I'm sure you stand quite a good chance with your application. I'd just make sure to mention any courses you did etc while you worked for them. And I'm sure you'll get off the list Jim! If not, then at least you stand a bloody good chance the next round being pre-prepared!

the UK process for 2010 opens in august so nothing yet! I know mexico does it all really early compared to us! how about you?
