lol unfortunately...i'm from cornwall it's not too bad but nothing happens here at all!! when are you hoping to go... alexis emailed me saying they're hoping to start sending people from feb 2007! i would love to go then would give me loads of time to save money and i'd be 21 by then too and i can drink!

yeh i kno holli but i only got my rejection email 5 days ago i think it may be too early yet! lol snowwhite, if we get thru we could be over there from early 2007.. so i might get to meet u yet ;D

i think im def going to reapply....my mum doesnt know it yet but it wont hurt to try again...and the original leaving date i told her was decemeber 06, so if i get accepted a few more months wont make a difference. this ur first time applying i guess?

yeh it is pretty disheartening to get turned down but its hard not to get ur hopes up as its such an exciting thing we are applying for... at first i wasnt sure wether to reapply or not as if i dont get it a 2nd time il be gutted again and ive felt soooo rubbish since i got my results back... BUT i want this SO much and im determined to get there eventually! and all my buds who have been accepted will kill me if i dont reapply i think
well then reapplying at some point is a must then missy...and you're right it's so exciting!!! i'm so determined to get this.. i can only imagine how gutted you feel about not getting it... but chin up and i may see you at the next lot of f2f interviews! ;D
Has anyone who's recently applied got any message from Yummy yet? Even if I got a 'we'll get back to you in 8 weeks' message it would keep me happy, I'm scared it got lost in the post! -x-
Vennesa i got that email the other day about the 8-10 weeks thing. It wasnt much but i got well excited gettin an email off yummy....
Yeah, I got the 8-10 weeks message a few days after I sent my CV and letter to them. Not much, but exciting enough It might take a few days more at the moment whilst they're busy with letting the others know if they're going or not, at a guess...
