I had a telephone interview back at the beginning of september, as far as i can tell it went okay. She did tell me that the year programme was full, but i could apply to the two month one, i think? It was so long ago, i don't really remember [ stupid brain!!! ]. I haven't heard anything at all yet, & was wondering if this was normal?

Yeah, I would recommend calling or emailing them back just to see whats happening - I've emailed about 4 or 5 times over the past few weeks to try to keep on top of things. They are really busy at the moment so they sometimes don't get time to tell you - if you keep in touch with them it shows you want the job! Good luck!
