Hi! ok so im so terrified my photos are wrong! I asked for US size in the chemist and they did it but its slight larger length wise, is it ok to cut it so its right size? How strict are Belfast when it comes to photos? OMG IM SO SCARED!!
did you take in the specifications with you to get them done? The american size is bigger and that's what the embassy ask for. more square I think. I'm going next week to get mine done at the photo shop. I've spent so much on getting photos done, everyone wants them different sizes!
I jus had standard size Uk photos when i went a few weeks ago, if you dont have them they have a normal photo booth there anyway. I was sittin with 2 folk goin on camp america and they didnt hav photos and jus had them taken in the booth. Btw i got really stressed about the visit, but don't its not as bad as you would think.xx
I got my photos done to what i was told was american size, didn't check the actual size of the pic thou.. but they just cut it to the rite size when i handed in my forms (at the embassy), so i guess just let them do it for you they know what there doin, and i wouldnt get worried bout the visit, its basically very long and boring, nothing too scary or difficult about it really, but i was a bit apprehensive before hand!
My photos were fine! I had my interview yesterday, only 30 minutes and my passport was back in my hands this morning!
a few of the others on my course have got their visas either from london or belfast. belfast is way quicker im just expecting a lot of waiting around when i go to london on tuesday, at least im not going on my own! im just nervous about somehow ripping the skin off my thumbs and failing because they cant take prints!!
Emz? Did you just have regular passport photos in the end? I just had ones done and don't want to pay for more if I don't have to!
