HI EVERYONE!! im a new member ;D only of this forum though... but i want to be in the future a WDWIP cast member!!! My name is Tania and im mexican. I still have A LOT OF QUESTIONS about the program.. anyone can help me?? Here are some of my doubts... 1. Somewhere i read : “Seminars are the biggest difference between The Fellowship Ambassador Program and the Cultural Representative program†Does the Fellowship program still exists? Im a Mexican girl, can I apply to it? How? 2. Whats the difference between an application and a resume? And whats CV ?? 3. Anyone knows when the presentations and interviews are held? and where ? (puebla or mexico city?) 4. What other programs (besides de IP) can we aply for? 5. Is there any International College Program?? JAJAJAJA !! i will be so happy if anyone could answer my questions!!!! Hi Tania I'm Mexican too, I'll start working at WDW Sept 13th, I'll try to answer some of your questions: 1.- Only the Cultural Representative program is available now, and yes, you can apply for it. 2.- The CV is your Curriculum Vitae, where you have to talk about your work experience, your skills, etc etc... and you also have to send an Intent letter, saying why you want to apply for the program. Both in english. 3.- Interviews are held in Guadalajara and Puebla. 4.- At the moment you can only apply for the cultural representative, only if you study at UDLA you can apply for a summer program. 5.- I think those are only available for US students. Hola ! Yo soy Isolda y ya fui parte del International Program, hace 6 meses que regrese. Solo una aclaración, las entrevistas se pueden dar en Monterrey, Guadalajara, México, Merida, DF o Puebla. Antes solo eran en Monterrey, Puebla, DF y Merida. Pero ahora al parecer se agregó Guadalajara. Asi que talvez en el futuro se extienda a otros estados. El caso es que dependiendo de la temporada y decision del Recruitment Team es donde se llevan a cabo las entrevistas. Yo soy de Monterrey y tuve que viajar al DF a la Ibero a tener mi entrevista, porque cuando aplique no tocaba a Monterrey,(aqui venian en Marzo, siempre). Asi que preparense, porque les puede tocar en donde sea. Por cierto, Tania, no te vayas de College ni de broma... ok??? Que esa idea se te salga de la cabeza, no hay nada como ser International, vivir en el Commons, y vete después de cumplir los 21 y si puedes despues de terminar tu carrera. Tomatelo como un año de descanso.... Ah! Resume es el equivalente a Curriculum Vitae en inglés. Felicidades a los aceptados, y si saben vivir el año como debe ser, sera el mejor año de su vida.... Las preguntas son bienvenidas.... es bueno que alguien te guie en el camino, pero mejor es llevarte sorpresas ya que estas alla. Hey Mexican Princess IM from England and im doing an international college programme. Im gonig to disney for 3months startin JUne 6th and to apply you have to be attending Unviersity and not be in ur final year so when uve finished ur three months you will be returning to uni. I found out about the programme by typing in Summer Jobs at Disneys in an internet search engine and just going from there..... The IP programme is a year long programme but i dont know how u apply to that as im only on CP. Hope thats helped?!?!? xXx
