HELP!!!!Interview with the US Embassy

I will go to have the interview and get the VISA on 13th May.
I'm VERY NERVOUS and worried about it. I wanna know what Qs I will be asked.  ;D I have been LONGING to meet you guys in FLorida and have fun .  I don't wanna be detered from going just because I don't do well in the interview.
Can you guys give me some tips?

i didnt realise there was a bloody meeting to get the visa, oh my god!!!!!!! what the hell!!!!! i hate bloody interviews, not another one!!!!!
why is there an interview????

yummy jobs nerver told me that, they just said to sign and pick it up!!!!?????
you have me worried now, what happens if they say NO!!!!!????

Hi James. Nice to meet you. I'm Melissa from HK. I will be working in Disney in June. I will have the interview with the US Embassy in mid May to get the VISA. When will you be going? I'm worried it is a bit late to sort the VISA in May. It seems that I'm the ONLY JUNE ppl' who have NOT got the VISA sorted.When will you be going? Sorry if what I said had worried you.

you just have paperwork to fill out its 3 pages or so but theres a few more for lads, you fill it out pay £60 application fee to the bank book your appointment *you book appointment first yummy send u the info when to do it, we only got ours this time last week for june departures* you'll get a date to go to london within a 4 week period you queue up they ask you why you're going, questions you've already answered in application form, take your fingerprints and do a retina scan, thats it, a 5 min appointment youh ave to queue for hours for! then they courier your passport back with your visa approved in it!

nothin 2 worry about, got mine on 23rd may, cant wait!

Thanks for telling me that. There is NO YUMMY in Hong Kong. Only the staff of the Placement Center in each university will get the information about it. I will have the interview on 13th May. Hope I will get it sucessfully. can't wait to have fun with you guys.

 

Retina scan? Finger prinits? They do like to take things to the extremes

We also have to take something to prove that we are comin back, for me it is my uni acceptance letter, but they will also accept recent bank statements. I dunno how you could prove it if you don't have a uni letter? :S

i don't have a uni letter!! so hmmf that will be interesting!! unless i took my loan form!

and yeah bry nice extremes, they even do the scans if ur just goin 4 hols now as my friend went to NYC a few weeks back and had all this at the airport!

1. Why are you wanting to go to the US?
To work for WDW.

Hmmm ok,

2. Are you coming back to the UK?
Yes,got another year of uni to do.

not just the q's, we actually pay for the privilidge of havin our eyes scanned and our fingers rubbed in ink! lol . It doesn't sound too bad then, i just gotta dig out my uni letter now! lol. i know i put it in the drawer but which one.....

 

haha bry i do this, put it away for safe keeping so i know where it is...... but then i forget! hada panic this mornin thinkin id lost me disney luggage tags and that lol

yeah we got a pack with disney look book, confirmation of job etc, and disney tags to go on luggage and stickers 2 wear when we get off the plane

yeah good stuff bry! its good cos tells u all the info on housing, traditions, disney look, has a welcome book and sample forms u need 2 do, theres one u need 2 fax 2 disney and ur contracts in there 2! they may not have sent it yet cos they havent got it over from the states!
