Okay so I've been interested in taking part in the cultural representation program ever since i was about 12/13, and now I am finally looking at applying!! I would like to go out as a gap year after my a levels and i would be available to go from the end of July 2009 because ironically in june i'm going back to Disney World for our last family holiday. So here are a couple of questions I have regarding me applying. 1) If i'm looking at going around that time, when would the date to apply. (I don't mind going even months after, it's just that when i would return i would be hoping to go to college and therefore wouldn't want to just miss out on getting in for beginning september 2010. However, if I don't it doesn't really matter lol. I'll just work until 2011 ) 2) I'm a bit confused about whether I can apply at the moment as I am not 18 until may. I have emailed yummy jobs asking If I am eligible, however I have not had a response as of yet. I hate the thought of not being able to apply until I am actually 18 as I will feel like I have already waited for so long!! 3) And also, if I can apply- what sort of things should I mention in my cover letter? I've been working in Fat Face (clothing store) in a busy retail outlet village since November 2007, and I'm also wondering if that is enough experience? Ahhhh sorry about all the questions!! I just really really want to get this whole process started. Thank you!!!!!!!
1. Apply mid january as thats when they begin their preparation for summer employment. 2. u only have to be 18 when you start your program 3. Explain why you want to work for disney and what you feel makes you a unique person to the disney empire! LOL!
