OK Guys, after reading all the info for filling in the forms i think i've filed it in how it should but i thought i would check with you guys to make sure

Walt Disney Cast Member Policies, Procedures and Terms

Do we take this with us to the USA because it asks for a social security number?

    Acknowledgement Form

At the bottom our PRINT NAME is already Printed for us, so we leave that. For signature, have you put a proper signature or just written your name? Country you put UK? and the date of filling the form in.

This form s then the one we Fax to Disney right?

    Criminal Disclosure Application Form

    Filled in on Section A

On section B what did you put as Position applied for? Just Cultural Rep? On the work address did you put Orlando under County. I'm confused here as it want's you to fil it in as if it was a UK address

Section D i put my current address again. Did you put the dates there even though you've lived there more than 5 years?

Then you leave Sections E,F,G right?

I've filled in Section H and leave the whole back sheet right?

    Housing Program Agreement

What and where does this form go? Do we fill in and send it off or take with us to Orlando?

    Hiyaz Lee!

With the acknowledgement form, I signed with my signature, dated it with the date I signed, and put UK. And yes, its the one we fax.

With the CRB, I just followed the instructions like you. Didn't do anything more. I haven't sent it off yet. I did put the dates. I put the date I started living there (month, not down to the day lol) It should say on Michele's instructions exactly what to say for the role, county etc.

With the housing thing, I think its just a sample of what we'll have to sign in Florida. I think it says that in the instructions as well... I'm not completely sure though.

    Hope that helped! ;D

do you think its a massive disaster if you send in the background check form in if you have accidentally filled out a few of the sections we didnt have to fill in. i got a bit over excited with the form filling ::)

    you guys shouldnt worry.

im not doing any of my things through a agency (like yummy) but directly with sue(recruiter from disney) as soon as i sent off my stuff to them, she came back to me telling me everything is filled in correctly as i wasnt sure myself.

so if something you send them is not correct they will come back to you.

    no need to worry!

    happy new year everyone!!!

I've sent off my CRB form finally!

I've filled in my visa application online and printed it off- just need to make an appointment (shut today! GRRRRR) I was shocked to find out I had to pay $131!

so, this is getting pretty expensive

    so far i've paid

    £240 flight
    £55 crb
    $131 (£90)

Thats before i've got my insurance, paid for the train to london for said visa appointment, and i need to save some money to take for my first month out there.

i'm gonna try and book with STA this weekend.
just a heads up, the price they give you on the website might be cheaper than the price they quoted with the YK discount...i dunno if it means we get all the flexibility etc though? x

The flights will start going up because it's after Christmas. Flights are usually cheapest at 2-6 weeks before you want to fly, then will shoot right back up less than 2 weeks until you fly. However, you don't want to wait that long to book a flight, especially for summer, so I say just go for the cheapest you can find (even if it's not that cheap really) then wait for Disney to reimburse you and hope you can find a cheaper flight home!

My flight cost £600, but I am flying Premium Economy, so that's really cheap!

No it's just that the flights change all the time, so different flights from the ones they emailed you about.

Just be careful with STA because the flight price jumps by £50 when you add it to your basket. Sneaky.
