Hello from new applicant!

Well, I was talking to my friend who's just been accepted on the Cultural Exchange for April - April next year, and... well I sortof ended up applying for ICP for Summer 08! And I am becoming quite excited as I begin to realise what I've just possibly got myself in for!

Anyone else around for that season!? Would be great to get to know people here, being new and all!

Hope you are all successful, and remember if you get the interviews in London just be yourself and have fun. Its a scary venture I cannot lie to that but its well worth the wait. most of us have the agonising problem of waiting to get there in feb-sept 08 onwards grrr

im an applicant for summer 2008 aswell, from Scotland! not had a phone interview yet though, application was put in just over a week ago... when should i hear about phone interviews? (thats if I even get one!)

They will be contacting us in Jan/Feb and face to face interviews are in March.

 

I'm applying for Nov 08! But for the cult rep program. Hopefully I'll be in with the Jan/Feb interviews too. Yippee.

 

A lot of the other ICP Summer 08 have already had their phone interviews though, and are saying f2fs are in November... hmm...

for the icp summer 08 i had a phone interview mid september, then an email of acceptane to f2f which are in november and we will be notified at the end of this month as to the exact date and location in november...hope that helped...

I had my phone interview on the 15th September and then found out last week that I have got through to the F2F. I am now just waiting to hear from them about the details of the next stage. Good Luck for your interview. I am sure you will do fine.

Hey everyone!!

Another applicant here! I've been lurking around the boards for a while, reading the posts and whatnot, so I thought I'd say hi and introduce myself. My name's John and I'm a student from Belfast in Northern Ireland. I've applied for the summer 2008 program. I had my phone interview last month and heard back last week that I had made it through to the f2f interviews, so I'm just waiting along with the rest of you for the info on when and where they are.

Anyways just thought I'd say hi to you all and I look forward to posting on these boards. You all seem like really cool people!!

i know its ages away... the next set of interviews isnt until january though and i was unable to make it to the ones in september....

Yay more Summer 2008 people! I hope to meet you all in november! Same situation - waiting to find out date/venue but I hope it's in Hammersmith I want to go in the Disney hq suuuuu bad! Hehe I pass it everyday and try and think of excuses to go in but I havn't come up with anything particularly viable - and i don't want to screw up my chances - maybe they'll capture me me, tie me up and say I can't go within 500 meters of Disney property ever AGAIN oh god i need a lie down....

I'm being a bit lazy here - I know theyre posted about but if anyone finds any specifically summer icp blogs or something could you send it over? That'd be tres cool and muchly appreciated What are you all thinking of ordering the roles as? SO difficult to decide... they all have big pros and possible fat cons hmmmm

 

yeah im pretty sure they are in Hammersmith for the ICP too. although someone told me they may be held somewhere else this time round...

the ICP is really good my friend did it last year and had the best six months of her life!

 

Woah! Sorry I haven't been here for ages! It's because I'm taking a ridiculous course (aerospace eng!) and the work sortof gets on top of you!

Thank you for all your replies, lovely to meet you! I'm gonna have my phone interview this week I think! Argh.... I guess I just need to make sure I have some kind of articulate spiel about why I want to work there!
