has anyone been accepted for the CRP programme, who has worked there before?

Hey guys just wanted to see if anyone got accepted who recieved points previously for being late or time off?? Xxxxx

 

It probably depends where you're from and how many points you got. I only had 3 points my whole contract, and they were all spread out and I got rehired! However a couple of my friends had lots of points, or a reprimand or two and didn't.

 

I had a reprimand and a few points (I had bronchitis twice on my contract) and I got rehired... I think I am very lucky though

 

I've been on the CRP before (and going again June 21), had some points but nothing major (some calling in sick), but I know of a bunch who are about to do their second time as well who had way more points than me!

 

I had done two ICP summers before applying and had a reprimand from each of them. My interviewer asked me about them at the interview and I was totally honest-- my first one I was 18 and in a totally different mindset about the whole program, and I missed 3 days of work and probably only one was for a legit sick day. My second program all my call ins were legit, I had the worst flu bug of my life and actually got ROS'd a couple of days in addition to the call ins, and was in constant communication with my managers.

The interviewer was really understanding and I got hired for CRP starting nov 1-- I think honesty is the best policy, they are people too so they know things happen

 

I had a couple of points spread over the year from calling in sick, and I had one personal day.... but the points come back off your record after three months (so long as you don't go above 3 you don't get any reprimands) so if they aren't on your record anymore they don't care. Everyone calls in sick at some point (legit or not!).

I got rehired, I didn't get asked anything about points or the couch cousel I had (which I only got because they wanted to give one to someone else that day and didn't want to discriminate ).

 

oh ya i had a couple coach counsels hahahhah im assuming they were wiped from my card .... i must be luuuucky!
