jess, you wreckhead. haha the guy on the right looks like my friend's dad! your hair is meant to look natural, but i think if it looks nice that's whatever matters. like i said to roger at my interview "oh would i need to get my hair cut?" and he said he felt it'd be too short if i did, even though it was pretty long at the interview. just wait until you get there i guess
