I have a friend that was interested in doing this but she does have a tattoo on the back of her neck. She was wondering if your hair had to be up for work, or if it could be down, or half and half?
How she'd wear her hair would depend on the role that she'd be doing, i did merchandise and they weren't bothered how i wore my hair. They ask in the interviews if and where you've got tatoos so they'd tell her if and how she'd have to hide it.
