Greetings from Vista Way!

Hey guys!

Hope all your final preparations are going well. I'm working in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa doing F&B. I was like oh my gosh why have they put me in the most expensive resort hummm..... still trying to figure that one out lol! Well it's been non stop ever since we got here. You really do get thrown into it and there's not a lot of opportunities to sleep off that jetlag. Some people don't get a day off for 2 weeks. (Harsh!) I'm one of the luckiest as i get sun,mon,tues off this week. It has been non-stop rain since we got here but all you people arriving on June 6th will be glad to hear that the sunshine starts 2moro 90F upwards for the next few weeks. So you won't be trying to sleep of your jetlag with thunder and lightning in the background. Try and bring pillows with you if you can and don't forget those pillowcases! The less you have to buy from wallmart the better as it's hard to carry a lot and my trip to Wallmart lasted 3 and a half hours last nite due to the crappy bus system!

Depending on what time you're arriving on the 6th of june we are having a pool party at the commons from 11am-3pm with djs, food etc!

Anyway happy packing and hopefully i'll get to meet some of you when you get here. Any questions feel free to ask!

Don't worry, the time will def fly by. I started to count down the days at 55 and time has just flown by! I'm worried now, though, that the last week will be going extremely slow... Starting to get impatient. Maybe it has something to do with me having to stay inside with a cold... *sniffle*
I see you have 3 months left... it will feel like 3 weeks!

 

lol all u need 2 do is jump about and think im going 2 disney - my family hates me so much rite now cos thats all im doing, hope u feel better hun havin a cold totally sucks

Dont worry the time will fly by now ur on days....i carnt believe i am goin 2mrw and i can remeber the day i got the phone call and that was at Xmas!!!!

Yeah I'm doing the exact same thing with the jumping up and down too. For some reason everything I see reminds me of Disney. Like any news story or commercial I connect to it. And I'm having more and more frequent dreams about it, LOL.

 

haha they keep advertising disney on our local radio station and have the disney adverts on and everytime i go 2 say somethin my dads like sara we know what ur gona say so u dont need 2 say it haha

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for the well wishes. Well you will be glad to hear that it actually stopped raining for about 4 hours this morning so i went sunbathing around the pool it was great. But now it's started raining again. Going to go to MGM tonight i think as it's the last day of star wars weekends. My friends and i will be going to the commons 2moro night.We are going out with all the english girls as its monday PI night. So i might see some of you if you are arriving there. Anyone who is staying at Vista Way feel free to come and call i live in apartment 2506. We are having a BBQ pool party for Beckys 20th birthday at Vista Way Tues night if anyone is interested!

P.S some good news for you if you didn't know already we can get 50% off accommodation and attraction tickets. Plus we get 2 1-day park hopper tickets and a disney quest pass. That's for ICP's tho. One year cast members will probably get more!

What day do you arrive again? You'll probably be in the commons. Well it's my 21st on June 25th. We are having a Tiggeriffic party at Vista Way then going out down PI wearing orange and black. Loads of us it's gonna be great. Your welcome to join us and anyone else who wants to come. It's only 18 and over to get in PI!

That's great Sara. I think there might be plans to get some cheap orange t-shirts and wrote on them ourselves etc with black marker pen but i'll let you know for sure! Got to go catch a bus to MGM now (well i don't HAVE 2) lol. Speak soon!
