im doing the years long cultural rep program in uk f&b and i play golf and i was wondering if i was allowed to bring golf clubs or not and also if anyone else plays?
I'm doing the year, in Canadian F&B...I haven't golfed in a couple years but went to the driving range the other week, and I am taking my clubs with me. A friend is starting in June and he's bringing his clubs too, so we'll all have to get a little golfing group together!
Hey guys..great to see some ppl interested in the golf in florida...I think its awesome!! My Dad plays professionally and has been teaching me for a while now..I am in no way what Id consider to be a good golfer but I still love it..and where better to play than orlando!! Id be up for a fun comp!!
I've never heard or seen anything saying you can't bring your clubs, but I do know the disney courses have rentals (but i know those don't compare to your own clubs). If I go out it'll be the rentels for me.
im absolutely rubbish at golf but if i go out whats a little friendly competition for fun, can we do driving range comps tho cuz i don't know if i could hit the ball any further than that lol
Does anyone know if there is any discounts for Golf for Cast Members? I enjoy golfing and it would be great if we didnt have to pay those ridiculous prices !
Not sure (never did a round on the Disney courses) but I would guess it's somewhere between 20 and 50% based off of all the other discounts.
Another Golfer Here! I arrive June 24th and I am bringing my clubs, although I am not great i enjoy playing in the Florida sun. I have heard that if you fly Virgin, and maybe other airlines, it is free to take golf clubs plus they don't get weighed, therefore putting extra lugage in with your clubs on the return journey means you wont have to pay extra for bagage. If anyone else can confirm this I would like to hear from them.
Discounts for golf....you actually pay 30$ per round which includes a golf cart, you can't use this discount during peak hours and you can bring up to 3 people with you for the same price. Average round costs approx $150.00 without the discount. I'm bringing my clubs, i'm not very good at golf but at least i enjoy the scenery when i get out there.
