do employees get into the parks for free?

 

Yes, Cast Members can enter the parks using their Disney ID

 

brilliant benefit i think for working there!

 

as well as other perks that you can get... like discounts at many great resturants around the complexes, access to a disney bank... which is no longer called vista but partners... how weird

 

As well a 15% off merchandise
and aboyt the same discount for tabel seating restaurants.

There is also a special shop, at the backstage of Magic Kingdom
with old merchadise that wasnt sold and it is very cheap.

As well as discounts for the water parks and mini golfs
as well as free admision on Mondays and Thursdays to Pleasure Islands clubs.

i asked because i was reading something in the common questions, and it made it seem like you could only go in 12 times for free within the year that you are working there... but that isnt the way it is then? you can go every day you are off if you want?

 

that is referring to taking friends and family into the parks. Whilst we can get in free any time we want we can only get friends and family in free 12 times during the year and 6 times on the ICP.

 

yes and your id can be used to get fastpasses

 

oooo really?? hadn't heard that fast pass bit, I was wondering about that...I figured since CMs don' have passes to get in the parks, they couldn't get fastpasses, that's sweet that they do!

 

yeah and if you have friends in attractions you can soon build up a stock of fast passes

you get in all four theme parks for free, then at certain times of year you also get the water parks free. you also get 20% merch and table service discount, and at christmas time there is a number of special discounts.

 

Oh yes! At christmas you get a discount booklet thingy, where each page is a discount for something! Like free soda/popcorn, free photo or 50% on a dinner etc.
