Your works ID card allows you free entry to the parks-except on a small amount of days during the years-July 4th etc-in which case you will probably be in work any way. The ID doesnot however let you into the water parks for free-you still have to buy passes (unless you work in the water park in which case you do get in for free). However water park passes can still recieve your standard staff discount. It is true that you can use the buses you will use to get to work-however, if the bus is full and people need to get to work-those on the bus for recreational needs may be asked to wait for another bus (that never happened last time i was there however)

Yeah I saw more than once a full bus (full of people not going to work mind you) keeping their seats rather than surrender them for people going to work as well.

The TTC is a regualr stop on the A (Magic Kingdom) route.

Because this is the stop before West Clock (CM parkinglot/Disney U/Cast Connection/property control) most MK CMs are quite upset the bus fills up at cloasing time (from the TTC) before it picks them up at West clock.

And believe me nothing is worse than working a long day and having to stand on a bus full of people who were playing the the park who got all the seats (experienced this a few times in the scrum known as the Epcot bus stop).

actually while i was working there in september, i found that most bus drivers were more than happy to drop u off. and most people aren't too fussed about the dropping and picking up also. As long as they're polite to the bus driver no-one really minds. im sure it'll be the same when im there next month

to be fair our bus was mostly empty coz we were coming from the treehouses James...

however on the A route which went to vista / chatham, it was always really busy so i can see why people would get annoyed if they couldnt get a seat on the way to / from work because of people who were going to play in the parks

So just as an example, how long is the average journey from standard IP housing (lets say The Commons) to Epcot staff drop off point and then vice versa. I've no idea how many stops there are on route but just generally interested in average commuting time to and from work.

From Chatham it was (by schedule) 30 min. 27 from the commons and something like 15-20 from Vista Way (if I'm remembering correctly). This is mostly due to the bus sitting at Vista way for 5-10 min.

This varies on the time of day because before a certain time and after a certain time the commons and chatham pickups switch (so commons comes before chatham).

It was about 20 min back to housing (Chatham/Commons) from Epcot.
