Hi, anyone there who can telle if theres any pubs? or something that we can go to after a party And is it a long way from the commons, do we have to take taxi? or is it busses that takes us? Hehey, a partybus!!!!!!!! haha
Hey Mr X. I don't know if people from the commons still do this but in my day we allways had limo parties. Us Canadian girls actually rented a limo bus and got a Norwegian guy to be the stripper. The limo took us to a club in Orlando and then picked us up and drove around for a couple of hours. So thats an idea if your looking Big Red Out Jan
There are loads of bars, clubs, restaurants, etc very close to the Commons... Several are also on Disney property, like PI, Jelly Rolls, House of Blues. There are buses that take you to the areas those are located. But many people use cabs now, for places close by. Not like my older days, where practically everybody used the... I think it was the N bus back in 02... the Downtown Disney one? Somebody help me out here! THE party bus where drunken singing was loud and in many different languages... Oh, how I miss the N-bus days... "Vi gir alt, alt for Norge..." Anyway, in conclusion, it depends on where youre going, but transportation is very good around the Lake Buena Vista area... There are more topics about the buses Disney provide for us cast members, just use the search for 'transportation', 'Dynamic' or something similar...
I miss the PI bus too! All the internationals singing at the top of there lungs while the American CPs looked at us like we were insane! More fun than cabbing to PI -- and free!! YES! There are pubs and clubs galore!!! Besides the Disney clubs there's a Bennigan's close by -- not too expensive either. There's lots to do downtown... On Church Street there's Antigua/Chillers (super-cheap Wednesdays!)/Latitudes and around the corner is Club Paris (as in Hilton!), Cowboys is ALWAYS a blast too -- even if you don't like country music you'll learn to! Cheerleaders was a GHETTO bar but I always had a good time there. Oh and there's Coconut Willy's for karaoke too! Lots more I know I'm forgetting...
