I'm not sure but I heard you can be termed for not living in your provided apartment, and you won't get your own there (might for a little while if you are in a 2 person and your roomate leaves). I don't know too much about the subject though, just what I read on here about a year ago.
In the building 28 there are some that have space only for 3 people. So one sleeps alone, in his own room, but there so so so few. As long as you pay the rent they don't say a thing you can live where ever you want, some guys had local boyfriends or girlfriends and lived with them for a while and nothing happened, they don't call a list every nigth they don't know for sure if you are or not in your apartment. A friend of mine I don't know exactly what she did, but she got to live outside the place and dont have to pay for the rent, she said or proof that she will be living with local relatives or so. Yeah I'm not saying you have to sleep in your apartment every night, just saying last year I read on here that if you moved out and they did their inspections (with your empty room) you would get termed, someone replied saying they had their own place but still had stuff in their room and there was no problem... Just not sure exactdially what you need to do to have your own place.
