Visa type is Q-1 and i go for Plan A since its only four months! i faxed my form to gateway in July but i never heard or got anything from them since then! this is weird and im started to worry if i really bought the insurance! lol :

Starcrazie, they don't send you the paperwork (it get's sent to your corrospondence address unless you specifically ask for a copy to be sent to you) but you should have had an email confirming you applies, and then 1-2 business days later and confirmation email that it's been accepted. If you haven't email them and double check it, and check your credit card records to see if you've had money taken out.
@ Zanitta yeah, i was going to check the credit card record first .. it should be sent to me this week i s'pose!! cos i never get anything from them, not even an email!! as i heard from craig, he did the online application so he got the confirmation number right away! thanks, hopefully everything work out! haha ;D

no, not unless you request it. If you apply online you will have an email confirming it, but no paperwork. I requested some through email so they sent me a copy but I think the whole point of this is that it goes to disney and you don't have to worry about loosing it ect, that's prob why they reccommend it.
