Hi everyone, I've just got my Disney Package on Monday...but there was practically nothing in it!! Only a letter, the acknowledgement form and something about medical insurance. No Disney look book, no stickers, no luggage tags, no nothing. They wrote that I should make an appointment immediately with the embassy but they didn't send any forms back. What am I supposed to do now?? I've tried to phone them, but they are closes until the 2nd. I'm so frustrated does anybody can tell me what to do? Happy holidays everyone, Sarah xxx
Hi Sarah! I have a similar problem. At least I got the DS-2019 form and the other information from UCF, the acknowledge form and the insurance form but no Disney look book, luggage tags, Mickey stickers and so on. ??? I can understand that you're frustrated... maybe someone at UCF or Disney could help you? Sigrid
Maybe you can try this email, wdw.int.recruiting@disney.com, then you'll get to the office in florida...
thanks!! I'm going to wait until January 2nd, hope that after the holidays everything is going to be fine. It's just a bit stressfull all this preparation before the big adventure. I was just so excited to get my Disney package. To tell you the truth, I'm a bit disappointed. I thought everything would go well, but every time I have to call because there's a problem or they forget to tell me things. Hope it'll get better after the holidays. cheers xxx
me neither! the lady at Yummyjobs emailed me the DS2019 form and the certificate of finance for those on the grad programme - so if anyone needs them send me a message with your email addy and i'll forward them to you. I'm not going til April - but i really want to get everything sorted now! xx

Hi, I will contact them as soon as the holidays are over because they're not open till the 2nd. I hope everything will be ok very soon because it's a stressfull situation. But I already sent them a mail. The weirdest thing is that some people did got there forms, but no more either. I don't know what happened...maybe a mix up at wdw... happy holidays Sarah xxx
As of the 5th of January I'm down to 4 weeks and I haven't received anythign either. Just waiting to see what happens. I'm sure that it will all be fine. Its very possibly just all the christmas mail. It will arrive. I'm sure.
A friend of mine has sent them an email and they asked her to wait till the 2nd of january, then apparently they'll start sending all the necessary documents to everyone. ( Crossing Fingers )
Hello, I've just called them yesterday, they asked me to get an appointment immediately with the embassy so I did... I have an appointment on the 10th but still haven't got my DS-2019 form. Hope I'll get it as soon as possible. I'll be happy once all this freaking paperwork is behind us and we can finally start to enjoy the Disney adventure. Happy new year to all!!!
