Hello, I was at the CRP Interview on March 5th in London!I am currently on the waiting list! Is there anyone on this that are in the same situation as me? What does being on the Waiting list actually mean? What is everyones plans now? Love Ash xxxxx
I'm not on the waiting list, and I'm from Canada, but from what I've heard being on the waiting list means that you were one of the top candidates, but they are unable to offer you a position at this time. If someone cancels, or if a position becomes available they contact the people on the waiting list to fill it. In short, it means you still could be going to Disney!
Hey, Im from Canada, I was also put on the waiting list, but about three weeks later they called and offered me a position, im headin to Disney July 15th!!!so dont give up hope, they will call
Hey Celtash86! I'm on the waiting list for Canada, angeljenn3 was in the first wave of acceptances, she's going July 15. But like both her and Megs said, it's likely we'll get a call....we just have to wait a bit longer. For Canadians, Yummy Jobs said they'd let us know of our status within a month (and now there's less than 2 weeks left). We've just got to hang in there!
Ya, I agree with everything that was said above. I was on the waiting list as well and then less than a week later I was told a position opened up. Apparently a lot of people cancel due to last minute things coming up or they just don't feel ready, so you definitely could still be called. We'll all keep your fingers crossed for you as well! Dont lose hope, I was on the waiting list and got phoned a few days later, and my boyfriend has been on the waiting list and he's just been phoned today!! Good luck!

Congrattulations on getting in! That's so exciting! It's been almost a month and a half for Canadians now. Looking at one of the old threads from last year, it seemed like everyone talking on the thread got an offer eventually, but some didn't hear until the end of July, so it could still be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it if we get the call!
One of my friends who have been and worked for disney before said this to me! the waiting list isnt really that important 2 be honest!!!its basically a way 2 sort out who they have told r goin an who they have yet 2 tell!!
guys wondering if you can help me, i also had an interview on march 5th and got an email saying i was unsuccessfull blah blah blah but they said they would hold my details.. is this the same as being on the waiting list or is this a full on rejection
I was on the wait list for CRP here in Canada and a week and a half ago I got a call saying I had been accepted for May 6! Not a lot of time to prepare so be ready
I would deffinitly not worry. i was in your position and then i just got the call today!!!!! The worst part is over, trust me lol now you just have to wait for your call.
I leave august 19th for food and beverage. there was some confusion becuase im still in highschool so my start date was tricky but it ended up working out. im freaking nervous though.
