As I was thinking, have any of you guys seen anyone really famous while you were working? As cool as it is, Disney is one of the most popular theme parks to visit. These visits are from all over the world!

What were your experiences and who was the coolest person you've met/seen?

I was really unlucky when I was there, so I didn't see much famous people. But Walt Disney's grandchild was in our restaurant when I was there ;D And Woody Allen was supposed to come, but only his family came

The funny thing is that I met a Norwegian celebrity when I was there, which was very annoying because I wanted to meet the hollywood celebrities!

And Johnny Depp was in the park one day when I was at work but he never came to our restaurant though. But it was really annoying knowing he was in the very same park as me and I was stuck at work :'( Especially when we got a lot of updates on where he was at the exact time, like right now Johnny Depp is in Spaceship Earth!

I heard a story thoug, that Depp had been in the Norwegian ride not long ago. He was so happy that they'd treated him just like a normal guy that he went to guest services and told about it. The next day the manager told the people that had worked them and they were shocked. Why? Because they hadn't even recognized him :p

we had quite a few famous people in the Rose & Crown. i remember seeing Courtney Cox,David Arquette,Rob Lowe, Tom Hanks, and the most famous of all, Ian Beale from Eastenders lol.

Michael Jackson was in one day, my pal Zoe got to serve him. He had that wee bit behind the Chip shop to himself and his entourage.

Didnt have the monkey with him :(

Hmmmm we had one of the BBC news readers on the JC, but I was on break so I didn't see him... none of the americans knew who he was anyway... they thought we were mad when we got excited LOL.

Harrison Ford was on the boat in front of me, so again, I never saw him LOL.

To be honest, I didn't see many famous people (and wouldn't recognise them if I did!) but I know a lot of Jungle Skippers spieled for famous people.

I did however get to meet the first ever Mickey Mouse for WDW!

and Phil whatshisface.... the VP for MK

I met Hugh Hefner and 5 Playboy bunnies (including his three 'main' girlfriends). Mark Consuelos and Kelly Rippa. The crazy blonde guy from American Choppers. Hilary Duff's best friend from her t.v. show.
I think that's it...the Hugh Hefner thing was the best b/c I seated him at our restaurant (Le Cellier) and got to talk to him and took his drink orders (even though I wasn't his server). It was SO surreal. He's a very frail looking dude, and he was wearing a Winnie the Pooh jacket which I thought was hilarious!

Don't wear jeans or sneaker, or show up with purple hair. Dress business like. Like black shoes, black trouser and a shirt for instance.

The key is to be positive about everything; about sharing room and living with lots of other people from other countries, about representing your country and so on. They'll probably ask you to tell about what's worth to see as a tourist in your hometown.
