hey there so i said yes to coming on dec 6th. i think im still in shock! ill be in food and beverage in canada and am wondering what that is like? like will i be flipping beaver tails all day or will i end up serving in the steak house (similar to my job here in vancouver, except here i have to wear lots of make up and black, not quite disney's lumberjack and clear mascara routine!). so if there are any f&b canadians out there, please tell me what the deal is! thanks!

I am a current canadian food and bev...food and bev rocks, its the only route to go, you have to earn you way into service befoe you cn accept tips, the quickest anyone does it is 3 months. you see much more action in food though, stick with it... jase
