They asked us at the interview right? I'd rather pay for my own so I can go out early. 300 squid with Virgin, direct from Manchester a week before I start, don't think I will beat that!
I paid for my own and I'd imagine most people will. It works out well if you cannot afford it because I believe you just pay it off with each paycheck
I thought they paid for one flight if you finish your 12 months? Does that not happen anymore? My flight was £217 with BA and direct, I believe that 9 times out of ten if you book with Disney it will be an indirect flight and you can have up to two changes which takes your travel time to almost double what it would be normally, I couldn't cope with that! lol
Lol I couldn't either... Before I booked my flight and I was lookin for some it came up with flights for like 16 hours n that! I was like "Yeah it normally takes us 8 n a half hours tops!" lol couldn't believe it.
If you complete your 12 month contract Disney will reimburse you what you originally paid for your flight there. EVEN IF THEY PAYED FOR IT TO BEGIN WITH. Disney pays for it(the flight there)...but you pay them back slowly during your contract from your paychecks.
Is there an upper limit on what they will pay? Not that I would because it's cheeky but would they reimburse a first class flight?
i just got a quote from sta travel for a one way ticket to orlando from gatwick for 449. and also for medical 138 fot 4 months. sarah
Sarah when's that for? It's really expensive! My flight was £217 with STA and my insurance for a year on the gold package was £252, without any excess!
13th Feb i am going out a couple of days early. i am going from gatwick instead of newcastle i hate changing.
Sarah I would wait until a few months before, the price does keep going down the closer you get. In fact for 13th of feb you can get a BA flight for £275 at the moment on STA. That's reasonable! It's direct too!
www.ebookers.com But I just checked & it's gone. Bugger, knew I should have just put it on the credit card! Damn being so sensible! I'm sure there will be something between now & then.
