favourite - everest atm...though splash mountain is a very close second.

worst ride - i agree with leom there isnt really one but pirates isnt that good anymore now they changed it, it was nice to see the original ride that inspired the movie rather than them change it to fit the movie.

Favourite: Philharmagic (or is that a show?) tower of terror is amazing, I did it 3 times in a row in Feb. Line up, fast pass and passing a cast member who was asking everyone if they wanted to go again. That was the best! We went up the wimping out elevator and got straight on!

Worst: Country Bear Jamboree, Tiki Room (it used to be better)

favourite ride: splash mountain - it's so cheery and we have soo many family stories about it. i just love it. really i love the whole mountian range.

Least favourite: It's tough to be a bug...i really really don't like bugs/the sounds of bees. i was one of the 3 year olds that had to leave the theatre because the effects were too creepy. except i was 16. ohh dear. :)

Favourite..TTA! I know, weird huh, but a Disney trip isn't complete without riding that (and hoping to see Space Mountain with the lights on!)

    Least Favourite: Sounds Dangerous...snore

I loved pirates (maybe that's because I worked right next door and had to perm greet there many times!)...they only added a few Jack Sparrows! It's not like the entire ride has changed...only the end scene, and that 5 minute spiel is hilarious! I must admit though, the DLRP one is much better.

Favourite ride - Tower of Terror, I rode it for the first time this year (always chickened out uptil now!) and was blown away by it!

Worst ride - Well it's not really a ride but that awful Narnia presentation/walkthrough at MGM. It was totally boring and just seemed like one big advert for the movie!

this is based on the Disneyland rides....

favorites: Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones, Tower of Terror, California Screaming, Soarin' Over California

worst: ummmm...well it's not that I don't like them but there's some rides I only go on if I have time like the carousel and some toon town rides

so is the DL Pirates ride alot different than the one in WDW?

disney gibbs is right, it hasnt changed much, they have put the hologram at the beginning and put jack sparrows and the last scene but hte general ride is the same. i just dont liek to see old rides removed or changed (unless like spaceship earth it needs to be changed).

they did the same at DL. there was a Davy Jones hologram on a water screen at the beginning and some Jack Sparrows in the original scenes. The Jacks were soooo life like lol.

I completly agree with you about the TTA. I love it!! My favourite is at night, everything looks so neat

From what I remember when I went to DL Indiana Jones was amazing! When I did the Keys to the Kingdom tour in Feb we asked why WDW didn't have it. There was something about no space, but when building AK they needed another ride in Dinoland so used the same plans as Indiana Jones for the Dinosaur ride!!! I had never realized that but I do love that ride

While I'm thinking DL, the Roger Rabbit ride was pretty fun (I was 8 ) and in for corny things in WDW, Carosel of Progress is neat (and lame at the same time)

I really want to go to DL, it sounds so good, are there a lot of the same rides though?

from what I remember there were quite a few of the staples, like small world, dumbo, space mountain etc. but then there were some different ones like indiana jones and the roger rabbit ride in toontown. I really want to go back to see it (because I don't remember too much) especially to go to California Adventure!

I LOVE Disneyland!!! And California Adventure is awesome!! But I haven't been to WDW so I can't compare. But I can't believe that there's no Indiana Jones in WDW!!!??? I'm second guessing going now! Haha j/k. But ya it's awesome there I know it's not as big as WDW and I guess there's less rides and no EPCOT. But of course there's Main Street Sleeping Beauty's Castle etc. and it's all divided into areas...there's Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, New Orleans Square and Toon Town. Then across from DL there's California Adventure which is I guess more of a "theme" park with Soarin' and the Tower of Terror and more. It's divided into different areas too; the biggest is Paradise Pier which is kind of a beach themed area and there's a big "lake" in the middle of the park which is great for pics cuz you can get the California Screamin' roller coaster in the background which has a big lit up Micke Mouse head that you go upside down in. OK this is getting long but I could go on and on lol. Oh just one more thing I';; add is that there's a Downtown Disney kind of in between both parks and anyone can go there, you don't have to have a park hopper ticket or anything. Ok I'll stop now but DL is definitely somewhere everyone must go to. It's the Happiest Place on Earth ;D
