you are right they look at more your personality than anything else and what your motivations are, your living experience and your guest handling skills, well thats what they look at in the interview
I wouldn't worry too much. I didn't have that many exciting jobs on my CV... shop work and marketing stuff. It's more about the kind of person you are ;-) Ben
