hi guys obviously i know the phone routine as ive done it now, but im really confused about what the F2F interview is all about? What happens? i heard there was trivia stuff? can anyone shed any light on it for me? if so thanks it would be much apreciated! and if your F2F is in November then cant wait to see you all!
basically u arrive and u have to fill out a short application form. then u go into a kind of lecture hall and they give u a presentation on the programs, and during this part there is some disney trivia which u can win cool prizes at. i got an international programmes ball and a slinky ;D then at the end of the presentation they will read out a list of names with the individual interview times. then u can go away and come back for ur time, or if its an early time, just wait around
Just to add to what Jilly said, your actual interview, you could be asked about anything. You will quite likely be asked why you want to work for Disney but after that it reallycould be anything. Last time I know some one was asked about the royal familly, someone else was asked how they would sell chocolate to a guest and me? Where I saw myself in ten years time, nothing to do with Disney at all ;D Good luck and enjoy the interview it really isn't as bad as you would think, well I didn't think so.
are they individual interviews or group ones? also how many interviewers are there for you? eep getting all excited now and itsd month away yet! E

Hy Marc...My name's Alessandro and I'm Italian...I did my Interview on the 25 of March...also if my English really needs to be improved...about my little experience..I can say....don't forget...to be....FIRST Easy going...SECOND...To wear ELEGANT...more than you can...they has a particular mentality...bet you...I will work as waiter...but they told me that I shoul have worn MORE THAN ELEGANT....so suit....About...questions....Surely,for the not mother tongue people like me,I think that they usually made a simple dialogue on the base of simple questions....They asked to me...what's about my free time,what's about living in a share appartment,what I would like to achieve,and..questions about some beauty Italy's stuff....maybe one day....you'll see,listen, my interview...trust in me when I say that.... its now practically manditory for some reason according to the ppl who did my interview (not for disney tho for my current job) and so most businesses have at least 2 ppl i think it is to make sure you are well treated during .....
