Jeg fikk den gratulerer-mailen og sendte bekreftelse på at jeg ville ha plassen og bekrefta avreisedatoen. Dette var på fredag, men har ikke hørt noe tilbake enda. Er jo bare mandag, men er litt gira på å få det i boks! Noen som har fått bekreftelse utover dette? Stikker på hytta i morgen tidlig og der har jeg ikke tillgang på internett, så håper jeg får noe slags bekreftelse i løpet av dagen, så jeg slipper å være bekymret for dette
Jeg sendte mail til Megan, og spurte og fikk svar nå om at de hadde fått ja-mailen min, så de har nok mottatt mailene men de er bare litt trege med å svare
Re: Fått bekreftelsesmail enda? Garantert! Også må vi huske at det har vært helg også da^^ vi er vel litt overivrige på å reise hele gjengen, og da virker det jo alltid som at alt tar sååå lang tid. De jobber vel med saken, vi er jo ikke det eneste landet de styrer med for tiden tenker jeg sier bare en ting, tolmodighet, vi har jo fått jobben hehe
Dear candidate, We are glad that you accepted the departure scheduled for you for the Walt Disney World – Cultural Representative Program. In order to participate in the program, you’ll have to obtain a Q-1 Visa. Our agency will help you to obtain it. Your Visa request (appointment at the U.S. Embassy in your country) will be made in the month preceding your departure so for the moment, there is nothing you need to worry about. Nevertheless, please not that the final approval of your Visa will only be given after your appointment at the U.S. Embassy. During the selection, we asked you to bring your criminal report and a passport copy. If one of these documents was missing, please make sure to send it to us as soon as possible via email only. Make sure that your passport will be valid at least 6 Months after the end of your contract. If you don’t have a valid passport yet, please make the request now as your departure could be delayed or cancelled if we do not receive the copy of your passport early enough in advance. You will receive your Disney Package 2 months before your departure. There is nothing you need to worry about before you receive it as all the information about your departure, the Visa request and the Medical insurance will be included in this package. Walt Disney World will book a flight for you when you’ll have received your Visa in hands so please do not book a flight now! (You could also decide to book your own flight, but please also wait to receive your Visa stamp in your passport).
