This is true, unfortunately you cannot work until you are 18. But that doesn't stop you from doing some research now so that you are ready to apply when the time comes!
Also to let you know you only have to be 18 by your departure date, so you could apply slightly earlier than 18 and have you're interview aged 17 as long as you don't leave till you're 18 - a slight benefit for those desperate for Disney time.
