i just have a wee question about the time after you finish working for disney. i got my visa through the other week and it says it expires the day i finish working so i was wonder how u no that u have an extra month to stay in the US? i'm just kinda para about overstaying my welcome in america ( i think i have watched too many programs about border police of late ) i remember reading somewhere that u can stay on an extra month but it doesn't say that anywhere on the visa, i just wanted to check that i am defo allowed to stay on after i finish working for disney. can anyone answer my question? thanks !! x
The rules of the visa state that you are allowed to stay in the US for up to 30 days beyond the expiry date of your visa. Once your visa expires you are no longer permitted to work and should you leave the country and you want to re-enter you would have to do so on either a different visa or on the visa waiver program.
