Hi all! I am really interested in the Cultural Representative Programme, and was just wondering if anyone knows of any specific work experience (i.e. waitressing etc) that would support my application? Or whether personality and the like are more important? Thanks for any suggestions!
hey i have passed my phone interview for this program iv heard that its good to have some experience in f&b as this is where the majority of the jobs over there are. i work at mcdonalds which i hears good exp to have hope iv been of help
well the experience isnt necessary, its good but i meet people who didnt have experience and got the job, i was (well im just a few weeks more) on waiting list and i dont have any experience, they capacity her employes so that isnt a problem, i ask for that when i have my interview last october, so dont worry if u dont have any XOXO Ely
Thanks guys! I'm feeling much better about my lack of expereince in F&B! I might see if i can get some experience in the meantime, fortunately the closing date is a while off for me, so there's plently of time!
Hey, its more about who you are than your experience. they do like you to have some customer service experience but I had never worked in food and bev before and thats where i worked at disney so dont worry about it too much! Good luck with your application! Michelle xx
