    Hey,
So i've completed a program as a CRP and they told us when we were there that if we applied for the Cruise Line the two years that you need for experience is taken away, because you already have that 'Disney' experience. Is this true?
And if yes or no.. how much experience do they generally want for their roles?
    Thanks

I did an ICP and they still seemed interested in knowing that I had two years of experience.

haha that sucks. I guess it's not horrible though. I'm hoping to play up the Disney bit though. I've hear they just grill you to death during the DCL interviews.

I only had a phone interview, no face to face, and it seemed more like a friendly chat than anything else. He was super nice.

Well I'm Canadian, so keep in mind they're different companies, but I can't picture the questions being too too different!

    - How did I like my previous Disney experience
    - My experience with kids (different ages, different sized groups)
    - How I felt about living with other people
    - How I felt about hot weather, rainy weather
    - How I felt about being in enclosed spaces
    - How I felt about eating different foods
    - Have I ever been on a cruise ship before
    - My education
    - My current job/past work experience/educational info
    - Why I wanted to work for Disney (of course!)
    - Why I was choosing to apply for DCL over ICP or CRP.

More, but I can't remember. It was more conversational, like one thing led to another kind of deal.
